Mannaz acquires the Danish consultancy Attractor from Rambøll Group

·

As of 1 January 2017 Mannaz acquires the Danish consultancy and training course company Attractor, which is currently part of the global engineering company Rambøll Group. The acquisition is part of Mannaz’ ambitious goal of doubling revenue, to 300 MDKK, by the end of 2020, driven by both organic growth and by acquisitions. In February 2015, the Swedish consultancy PlanB was acquired, in February 2016 Mannaz took over the Danish consultancy Conmoto, and now Attractors 30+ consultants will become part of Mannaz.

With the acquisition of Attractor, Mannaz significantly strengthens its position in the Danish consulting market within leadership and organisational development and with a market share of more than 10%, Mannaz will be moving forward as one of the largest training providers in Denmark.

“Attractor is an ideal partner for Mannaz. The company has established a strong position within organisational and leadership development as well as process consultation in the Danish market both in terms of consulting services and training courses. Attractor has a highly professional integrity and offers quality in their deliveries, with a client portfolio that makes them an attractive partner for both public and private companies. These elements combined with Mannaz’ strong global profile and reach will give us a unique position in the Danish market”, says Claus Rydkjær, CEO of Mannaz.

For the Rambøll Group, Mannaz is an obvious and safe choice:

“We know Mannaz as a strong provider of leadership and project development services at Rambøll, and furthermore, Mannaz is owned by the Danish engineering association IDA. As such, at a time when the industry needs a strong, serious contender, we could not imagine a better place for our leadership development, HR and training activities than with Mannaz”, says Tonny Johansen, Managing Director of Rambøll’s consultancy division.

The acquisition is a key element in Mannaz’ global growth ambition, providing expansion opportunities not only locally but also globally:

“The increased volume of clients and consultants in Denmark and Sweden gives us a global competitive advantage. The Scandinavian approach to leadership based on trust, influence and responsibility is attractive to global companies at a time where change is a constant. In addition, the strengthened position in the Danish course market offers a strong foundation for potential future expansion”, says Claus Rydkjær.
