In the Bistro, a healthy and sustainable menu is curated weekly to ensure delicious flavours and quality ingredients through passionate culinary expertise. Not only to enhance the well-being of our clients and employees but also to contribute positively to our shared planet and ecosystem.

You can freely choose from a well-composed selection of salads and cold dishes, freshly baked bread, homemade spreads, cheeses, desserts, preserves, and hot dishes, which are available in both a meat and a vegetarian option.

In the Bistro, the food served has achieved the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration’s silver organic certification with 60-90% organic ingredients.

Vegetables are selected seasonally, always fresh, and with a high degree of organic content. Eggs are 100% organic and sourced from Niels & Grete. Flour, grains, cereals, pasta, and dairy products are always 100% organic.

All food is made with great care from scratch to create an experience for all your senses, using only the very best ingredients. Furthermore, as there is a high priority on animal welfare, predominantly Danish meat is used in the dishes.
