If you are several employees from the same organisation in need of a collective competence boost, then an internal course from Mannaz might be suitable for you.
Write to us with your desires and expectations, and we will get back to you.
The course is held only for your organisation and adapted to your specific wishes and needs. Choose any course from our broad portfolio.
You will always get the same good quality as on our open courses, and we are happy to tailor the content to your specific needs.
Internal courses are good for business, and shared learning boosts a sense of community in your company and lifts your corporate culture.
Contact us and we will find out how your course could be held.
Send me an email with the most important information, such as course name, number of participants and preferred dates.
You decide for yourself – it can be managers, specialists, project managers, etc. The participants can all come from the same department, the same function or you can gather teams across different locations.
We often hold an internal course for a management team to strengthen unity. But it’s up to you.
It depends on the purpose and the content of the course.
There is usually no financial advantage for less than 6 participants, but if you prefer a smaller team, we are happy to do it.
If you would like to gather a very large team, we can find more consultants so that the team can alternate between presentations in plenary and exercises in small groups.
No, it’s up to you. We are happy to find facilities for you or hold the course in the facilities you provide yourself.
No, we can deliver worldwide. Mannaz has over 300 associates worldwide. No matter where you want to hold your courses, we can deliver. Just contact us and we will find a solution for you.
It depends on the content and the number of days, participants, teachers, etc. When you are six or more people, it pays off to do an internal course rather than using Mannaz’s open enrolment courses.
A virtual session is held as a virtual meeting via the platform that makes the most sense in each case. It can be via Zoom, MS Teams, Adobe Connect, or another meeting software, always with a “live” facilitator and a producer who facilitate and teach together. A virtual session creates a different learning environment than the physical course. Hence, we can´t transfer all elements 1:1. Virtual sessions require a different design and organisation.
Therefore, we will often divide the session into chunks of two hours with assignments in between, send people into virtual learning groups, and in general make sure that the virtual learning space is used in the best possible way.
