He is an expert in leadership, agile ways of working, team development and “Organizing, leading and facilitating complex development processes”. He is an experienced facilitator, coach, learning architect and Management Consultant.
Morten works closely with pharma companies, private companies and public sector organizations. Helping them develop their leaders, senior project managers, development processes and team organization. He is also a Client Director in Mannaz where he leads teams of consultants whom are working on our projects.
