Process Design & Facilitation Programme

Become a facilitator of processes, changes, and meetings

Do you dream of creating genuine followership in your change processes? Do you feel that your skills are not quite sufficient to lead dynamic and unpredictable processes? And do you want to take a big step in your development as a facilitator of processes, changes, and meetings? Then the Process Design & Facilitation Programme is for you. Based on systemic theory, you will gain the latest knowledge and methods in process management.

The program provides you with an understanding of the roles of facilitator and process consultant, as well as a wide range of concrete theories, tools, and methods that give you confidence in the role and the ability to make informed choices of method and approach in specific situations.

The programme

The course focuses on involvement, training, and reflection in the classroom. There is also a great focus on transferring the content into your daily life and context, and there is therefore approx. 4 hours of homework and specific exercises between each module.

You will experience a high level of involvement, a mix of theory, practical case training and dialogue; all supported by silence and reflection.

Theoretical foundation
The course is based on the systemic and appreciative approach known from Mannaz’s process consulting education and accredited coaching education.
