This 5-day activity-based training program will empower you as a leader in bringing out the best in yourself and others by exploring the most critical leadership success factors of strong leadership that will help you bring your people together, motivate, energize, and inspire them to their full potential to achieve extraordinary things.

The programme

This leadership programme, consisting of 5 courses, is divided into 3 face-to-face modules. The first module is 2 days, followed by a 1-day module, and ending with a final 2-day module.

The programme is carried out in a safe and reflective environment. The focus is on you as an individual and creating the best conditions for you to learn.

Module 1

To be a leader – What does it mean (2 days)

Day 1: What leaders do and What Leaders know?

  • As a leader, what is your job?
  • Management Vs Leadership
  • The three essential roles of a leader
  • People motivation
  • What employees want from their leader?
  • Catch them doing something right!
  • What defines a leader?
  • Leadership and perspectives

 

Day 2: What are leaders like?

  • Find out your leadership style
  • Balance team, task, and individual functions
  • Role model strong leadership
  • The leadership critical success factors

Module 2

Team Dynamics and Performance (1 day)

Delve into the mechanics of creating and nurturing high-performing teams. This includes understanding team dynamics, effective communication strategies, and leveraging diversity for team strength.

Module 3

Strategy and Transformational Leadership (2 days)

Day 1: Innovation and Leading Change

  • Equip yourself with the tools to drive innovation and manage change effectively. Understand the processes that foster innovation within teams and learn how to lead through transitions smoothly, using case studies and real-life examples.

 

Day 2: Transformation Leadership and Strategic Thinking

  • Focus on developing a clear vision, purpose, and strategic mindset. Learn to craft compelling visions and purposes that inspire and guide teams towards achieving long-term goals, including scenario planning and strategic foresight exercises.

Participant profile

This programme is for leaders at all levels in the organisation, with a minimum of 2 years´ experience in people management.

You must be prepared to explore yourself and share your leadership challenges with peers. You’ll benefit from the programme regardless of where you are in the organisation and how many employees there are on your team.
