My name is Sarah DiMuccio and I am a DEI researcher and facilitator with a PhD in Social Psychology from New York University. I specialize in understanding and communicating to companies about how to identify and change negative work climates, increase the engagement of men in equity initiatives, and help organizations reach their DEI goals at every level. I have expertise in allyship, DEI engagement tools, bias, sexism, inclusive leadership, psychological safety, recruitment, and retention.
