René is an IPMA B Certified Senior Project Manager and Certified Scrum Master (PSM II) with over 30 years of hands-on experience in leadership roles such as Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Principal Consultant, Client Director, and Department Manager. He has extensive expertise in managing complex projects, facilitating teams, and teaching project management methodologies.
As Head of Projects and Methods, René successfully established and developed a large project management department, gaining significant expertise in employee development and leadership. His broad experience spans the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to change management for implementation.
In addition to his leadership roles, René is an experienced teacher and facilitator in IPMA project management certification programs. He also teaches Agile Project Management and Scrum Master courses. His deep knowledge and practical experience make him a valuable mentor to both aspiring and experienced project managers.
