Experience

I come from a business/organisational psychology background. I grew up in South Africa, and have been in the UK since 2016. I travel extensively across the globe, cementing my passion of understanding and working with different cultures through growing up in Africa, travelling across the continent for weeks at a time in a Landrover – being immersed in local cultures, challenges, and diversity. This led me to what I love – psychology and people.

My specialist areas of work include: leadership development and facilitation, transformational change, cultural and behavioural change for high performing teams, learning and development design and delivery, conflict management, organisational design, executive coaching, and career development for all levels.

I manage global and local client accounts, and have led projects and programmes across the Pharmaceutical, Mining, Infrastructure, Construction, Rail, Real Estate, and Public Sector industries. I have been on the Board for the Association for Business Psychology, am a member of Women in Mining, and have facilitated and presented talks at psychology, industry, and association events around human behaviour and business challenges.
