Experience

I have led several successful leadership and organizational transformations, partly through my work as a strategic management consultant. Also, in my current role and previous positions as CEO, as well as leadership roles at the corporate level in HR. I have also served as the Head of Diversity & Inclusion for several years. I am the author of the book “Gid vi gad” (“If only we would – on the path to equality, diversity, and inclusion”). I find it meaningful supporting leaders and organizations on the D&I agenda. I believe that the key to healthy organizations and a sustainable future lies in understanding and harnessing the strength of diversity and inclusion. By daring to listen to different viewpoints from diverse stakeholders, we gear ourselves for success. Throughout my career, I have participated in various boards. Currently, I am a board member in Danish Industry Management advisors. My top priority is to ensure the continuous success of Mannaz – for the benefit of the numerous people and organizations we serve and collaborate with. This extends to the respect I hold for our employees, associates, and partners whose efforts each day make a positive difference.

Trump-regeringen er i fuld gang med at afvikle ligestilling og inklusion – ikke kun i USA, men globalt. Ord som køn, racisme og bias bandlyses, forskningsmidler tilbageholdes, og FN advarer om alvorlige konsekvenser – især for kvinder og piger i verdens konfliktzoner. Danske virksomheder mærker allerede presset. Skal vi justere sproget for at bevare forretningen – eller holde fast i værdierne og tage kampen?

Vi har brug for klarhed, fællesskab og styrket sammenhold, skriver Marianne Egelund Siig i POV-International, hvor hun ser på ligestillingsåret, der gik. I 2024 gik det tilbage for kvinders rettigheder i mange dele af verden. Men der bliver også kæmpet imod tilbageslagene og for en anden retning. Det er der i høj grad brug for.
