Experience

I’m a senior consultant focusing on successful development of project and leadership capacity in organisations. My most frequent assignments are training programs in project management and project capacity development. I’m mostly hired by organisations that need to strengthen its project capacity, and hence its ability to effectively solve their tasks in a changing world. In these programs I use both project tool knowledge and process facilitation skills.

With a background as a geologist, a scientist, and an editor at the Swedish National Encyclopaedia, I often have assignments at universities and other knowledge-intensive organisations. I have gathered extensive experience in project management and organisational development in public sector.

I’m also a certified IPMA project manager.
