I have many years of experience working as a leadership consultant, and have previously held a wide array of leadership positions in large organizations. As a consultant I have led numerous strategy implementation processes and leadership development programs in the private as well as the public sector.
Sencemaking and meaning are central topics when I facilitate change processes, and I work based on an understanding that organizations only change when the people in it do. Therefore, I put emphasis on both the collective and the individual need for reflection, self-awareness and self-management.
I am a certified teacher for the Google developed Search Inside Yourself program which uses neuroscience, emotional intelligence and mindfulness to support leadership development and change management.
