The case in brief:

The challenge

The architecture, engineering and consultancy industry is worldwide facing challenging market conditions worldwide. The impact of higher inflation, interest rates, high employment rates, making search and hiring of specialists difficult, and strained supply chains affect the industry players. Leaders found themselves on a precarious tightrope. The stakes were higher, the conditions more unpredictable, and the path ahead radical.

They were no longer just captains; they were trailblazers and pioneers of sustainable change, shaping the industry’s very landscape.

As an industry leader, Ramboll encountered these same challenges and had to navigate them skilfully and intentionally to maintain a robust market position while consistently advancing its mission of creating sustainable societies where people and nature flourish.

The solution

To build a fit-for-future organisation and holistic leadership mindset, Ramboll decided to look for a partner for high potential leadership development that would be able to deliver an innovative, global, high-impact programme. Through a selection process, Mannaz was identified as the partner to design and deliver leadership programmes across three levels in the long-term.

The outsome

High potentials were selected to participate in the up to 12-month programme, that included individual personality assessment, feedback from internal stakeholders, 6 virtual workshops, a 3-day leadership lab, and individual coaching.

After moving through the journey of the programme, leaders emerge with heightened self-awareness and increased confidence in their leadership approach.

“The feedback we receive is incredibly positive, and we observe leaders and high potentials being promoted and assuming broader responsibilities across the global organization”, says Mannaz Client Director Dorte Spiegelhauer. The programme supports substantial growth of the individual leaders and accelerates networking and collaboration throughout the global structure.”
