Morten Flørnæss Kerrn-Jespersen

Morten

Morten specialises in developing and supporting organizations, line managers and leadership teams through their transformations and changes. He is an expert in leadership, agile ways of working, team development and “Organizing, leading and facilitating complex development processes”. He is an experienced facilitator, coach, learning architect and Management Consultant.

Morten works closely with pharma companies, private companies and public sector organizations. Helping them develop their leaders, senior project managers, development processes and team organization.

Carsten Lauridsen is a Sr. Manager at Novozymes, a global leader in bioinnovation. He has extensive experience in sustainability, innovation, and enzyme-based solutions, with a special focus on bioenergy. He has been involved in the development of biomass-based biofuels in collaboration with Chinese companies, aiming to reduce CO2 emissions and enhance energy security.

Lauridsen has played a key role in promoting the sustainable production of ethanol from cellulose-rich materials, aligning with Novozymes’ ambition to revolutionize the bioenergy sector. With over 20 years of industry experience across Europe and Asia, he has contributed to several of the company’s strategic initiatives in sustainable energy development.
