While the goal of the original MBTI® test was to provide each person with the best theory of their nearest personality type, the purpose of the Step II assessment is to show individual differences within each type. It adds five facets for each of the MBTI’s four sets of preferences.
The analysis is a valuable tool in various development processes, including individual development, employee development, leadership development, and group development.
For the test, you will need a computer with internet access.
