Hogan Assessment - Personality Analysis

This test assesses personality and predicts work performance, including how you handle stress, interact with others, approach your work tasks, and solve problems.

The test is externally validated, meaning you receive the result of others’ assessments of reputation and behaviour through approximately 200 questions. The test is validated for more than 200 job types and according to Danish norms.

During the feedback session, our consultant provides you with feedback based on a report that focuses on 7 scales, such as balanced, sociable, reliable, and inquisitive, as well as 6 business scales.

The test describes your core values and goals and how they can impact your career. Values are an essential part of your identity. They tell something about who you are, what you stand for, and the environments in which you thrive.

It shows how your values align with an organisation’s culture and describes the culture you, as a leader, would create around you.

During the feedback session, our consultant provides you with feedback based on a report that focuses on 10 value scales, such as social engagement, economics, science, etc. Each of these scales contains five sub-scales that cover lifestyle, beliefs, job preferences, dislikes, and preferred collaborators.

This personality-based assessment focuses on your potential for derailment, so you can develop strategies to avoid derailment. Through external validation with the completion of 168 questions, you gain insight into how you react under pressure and the negative behavior it may cause.

The test is designed for use in recruitment or career-related decisions such as relocation, promotion, career counseling, coaching, and team development.
